We're a clinical research site in Orem that runs studies across a wide range of mental health conditions, including cutting-edge psychedelic research. Many people we meet are still looking for answers after trying other options. Our studies give them a chance to take part in research on investigational medications, research that could change how mental health conditions are understood and treated for years to come.

About the Role

As our Clinical Research Recruiter, you're the first person many participants talk to. You'll hear their stories, help them find out whether a study fits, and guide them through the process. You'll play a key role in moving mental health research forward.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential participants by phone, text, and email, and respond to inquiries quickly and warmly
  • Run phone pre-screenings to see whether people may qualify for our studies
  • Schedule screening visits and keep in touch with participants throughout the process
  • Keep accurate records in our clinical trial management system
  • Work with referring providers and community partners
  • Help with community events, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Keep participant information confidential at all times

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension (you'll be working with study criteria and detailed documents)
  • Warmth, patience, and the ability to connect with people who may be going through a hard time
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong eye for detail

Preferred:

  • Mental health experience (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with medical and mental health terminology
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or patient-facing roles

Schedule

  • Full-time or part-time positions available
  • On-site in Orem, Utah

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21–$25/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time positions include health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off (PTO)
