About the Study

This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy of 50 µg and 100 µg of MM-120 (D-lysergic acid diethylamide D-tartrate (LSD)), versus placebo, for the treatment of depression symptoms.

This study is sponsored by Definium Therapeutics (formerly MindMed).

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are between the ages of 18 – 74 years old

  • meet DSM-5 criteria for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

  • are currently experience symptoms of depression

  • can spend the day at our facility for an 8-hour dosing session (up to 12-hours if needed)
